Client Relationships &
Fee Arrangements

The Firm provides flexible representation options to clients that fit their objectives and goals. Depending on the case, clients and the Firm can agree to enter into one of a variety of fee agreements. These often individualized agreements range from fully contingent, fixed fee, or hourly arrangements. The Firm's preference is to understand the needs of the case, discuss the client's goals and budget, and then tailor a fair fee arrangement for the case. Below are three of the fee arrangement models the Firm offers.

Contingent Fee

The Firm is open to taking both business related and personal injury cases on a contingent fee. This fee arrangement helps cut down the bills while also aligning incentives by rewarding the lawyer for effectively and efficiently resolving the client's case. The Firm is open to taking on cases for both plaintiffs and defendants on a contingency fee.

Fixed Fee

Fixed fee arrangements provide predictability and accountability. These arrangements are best for those who have budget in mind when approaching litigation. The Firm usually tailors a fair, fixed fee arrangement that takes account of the natural flows of litigation. Fixed fees give clients the peace of mind of a regular fixed fee and protect them from the uncertainty that can come with hourly billing.

Hourly Fee

Hourly fee arrangements are the most traditional fee arrangement. Some clients prefer this structure. When they do, they can benefit from the ability to monitor work while the Firm works to obtain a favorable result for your case.
